INGREDIENTS
- 5 cl METAXA 7 Stars
- 5 cl freshly squeezed Orange Juice
- 2 cl fresh Lime Juice
- 3 Dashes of Chocolate Bitter
- 1,5 cl Liquid Sugar Cane
GARNISH
- Grapefruit Slice
- Orange Zest
- Chocolate Shreds
PREPARATION
Frost the shaker and the glass beforehand. Pour into the shaker: 5 cl of METAXA 7Stars, 5 cl of orange juice, 2cl of lime juice, 3 dashes of chocolate bitter and 1,5 cl of liquid sugar cane.
Shake and filter into the glass.
Add the garnish and serve.
