Ingredients

5 cl METAXA 12 Stars
2 cl fresh lemon juice
1 cl pumpkin syrup (or 1 piece of well boiled pumpkin muddled with 1 CL sugar syrup)
Optional: 2 cl egg white (or 1 tsp meringue)

Garnish

orange zest and cinnamon stick

POUR

Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice, shake well and strain

Step 2

SHAKE

Shake one more time, this time without ice

Step 3

STRAIN

Strain into a glass with big ice cubes

Step 4

GARNISH

Garnish with orange zest and a burning cinnamon stick
