INGREDIENTS
- 5 cl METAXA 5 Stars
- 1 piece of fresh ginger
- 1,5 cl fresh Lemon juice
- 1 cl Liquid Sugar
- Tonic (Fever Tree recommended)
GARNISH
Slice of lemon
PREPARATION
Muddle the fresh ginger inside the shaker. Add METAXA 5 Stars, lemon juice and liquid sugar syrup, and ice. Shake it and pour into a red wine glass.
Add ice cubes.
Top up with tonic.
