- 5 cl METAXA 5 Stars
- Ginger Ale
- (Fever Tree recommended)
GARNISH
Roll of Cucumber Lime Zest
PREPARATION
Roll 3 or 4 Ice Cubes into a METAXA long drink glass. Pour 5 cl of METAXA 5 Stars.
Top with chilled ginger ale.
Garnish with a roll of fresh cucumber and a lime zest.
