Sun-kissed flavours, bold ideas, and a shared love of storytelling came together in drinks designed to be savoured slowly, one warm sip at a time.
The winning cocktails stood out for their originality and depth: Winter Rose by German Gochev (@glen_gero), Summer Under Snow by Erik Tammeleht (@eriktammeleht), and Prometheus by Sergey Tyukh (@sergey_tyukh). Each creation revealed a different side of METAXA 12 Stars, proving its versatility even in the coldest months.
Among them, Winter Rose captured the essence of the competition perfectly. Layered and comforting, it balanced richness with elegance - a cocktail that felt just as indulgent as it was thoughtful.
Winter Rose – Winning Recipe
- 30 ml METAXA 12 Stars
- 15 ml homemade hybrid vermouth infused with Diktamo
- 3.5 ml pomegranate winter caramel
- 2.5 ml labdanum cordial
- 20 ml apple cider
- 15 ml heavy cream infused with rose geranium (layered on top)
