Philip Bischoff

Manhattan bar - Singapore, Beverage Manager Four Seasons Hotel, Bangkok - Thailand.

Starting mixology at the age of 23, Philip was turning out cocktails at Le Lion – Bar de Paris, which was awarded the Best New International Bar at Tales of the Cocktail. In 2013 he joined the Amano Bar in Berlin, that earned the prestigious title of Best Hotel Bar and Bar Team at the Mixology Bar Awards. In 2015, Philip joined the Manhattan at Regent Singapore and he spearheaded the Friends of Manhattan Series, encouraging collaborations between industry partners, guest distillers and bartenders from around the world. Since April 2019, Philip is the Beverage Manager for Four Seasons Hotel Asia Pacific, in Bangkok.

Vasilis Kyritsis & Nikos Bakoulis

The Clumsies, Athens - Greece

In 2012, Vasilis won the World Class Greek Bartender of the Year award, including the challenge in the European and Global finales. Following this success, he pursued his passion, first at the Gin Joint in Athens, and then at the legendary Drink Factory in London. In 2014, he joined The Clumsies.

Nikos has been involved in the bartending industry for the past 12 years, working in Thessaloniki for the Picadilly and Spitaki cocktail bars before joining the renowned Gin Joint team in Athens. In 2011, Nikos was awarded the title Bartender of the Year in World Class Greece. Since 2016, Nikos has been bartender and part-owner of The Clumsies, which he happily considers “the most creative job in the world”.

Shingo Gokan

Speak Low bar, Shanghai – China

Since beginning his bartending career in Tokyo in 2001, Shingo Gokan was awarded a rare distinction: the “Venenciador”/Sherry Sommelier license in Spain. He worked as head bartender and bar manager at New York’s Angel’s Share. He became the first guest bartender ever of the American Bar at the Savoy Hotel in London. Today he heads Speak Low, 20th best bar in the world.

Jillian Vose

The Dead Rabbit, NYC – USA

Jillian Vose was named one of the 10 Best American Bartenders in the Spirited Awards from Tales of the Cocktails, in 2017. She has helped open Maison Premiere and Clover Club in Brooklyn and became the Bar Manager at Death & Co and then won the 2013 Rising Stars awards from Star Chefs. She also received her Level One Court of Master Sommeliers Certificate in Boston and finally joined The Dead Rabbit in Lower Manhattan as Bar Manager and Beverage Director.
Thanks to her talent, the bar won eight Spirited Awards from Tales of the Cocktails and was ranked No 16 best bar in 2018, by World’s Best Bar, the industry highest accolade.
