INGREDIENTS
- 5 cl METAXA 7 Stars
- 2,5 cl Sweet Red Vermouth
- 3 Dashes of Orange Bitter
- 3 Dashes of Angostura
GARNISH
- Orange Zest
- Real Amaro Cherry
PREPARATION
Frost the shaker and the glass beforehand.
Pour in the mixing glass 5 cl of METAXA 7 Stars, 2,5cl of red Vermouth, 3 dashes of orange bitter and 3 dashes of Angostura.
Stir with a bar spoon and filter through the glass.
Add the garnish and serve.
