METAXA Caipi-Taxa

Preparation:

- Cut the lime into slices or pieces and muddle them together with the sugar in a tumbler
- Add strawberry, cherry, blueberry, pineapple cubes and black olive (do not squeeze)
- Fill up the tumbler with crushed ice and add METAXA 5*
- Stir it well with a bar spoon and add thick straws

Decoration:
- Decorate with a strawberry, blue grape and a piece of pineapple
- Optional: put a holed and halved passion fruit onto the middle of the glass, fill it up with METAXA and light it
