METAXA Anguri Sour
Created in 1995 by Alexander Hauck, bartender in Frankfurt's trendy Luna Bar, the Anguri Sour won the German METAXA Bar Champions 2005 competition at the first go. It has been successfully presented during the IBA 2006 in Greece to an international circle of barmasters. Its unique character comes from muddled cucumbers. They give the Anguri Sour its unforgettable taste.
Preparation:
Mash the cucumber piece
Add METAXA, lemon juice and sugar syrup
Strain it into a Helios glass.
Decoration:
- Slice of cucumber
- Cocktail cherry

- Mash 2-3 cm piece of cucumber
- 5 cl METAXA 5*
- 3 cl Fresh lemon juice
- 2 cl Sugar syrup
- 2-3 cm piece of cucumber
