Preparation:
Combine all the ingredients except the METAXA 7* and shake. Strain and pour into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Add the floater of METAXA 7*.
* Simple syrup: combine 1 cup of warm water and 1 cup of sugar. Stir until it dissolves and refrigerate.
