Anguri Sour

Created in 1995 by Alexander Hauck, bartender in Frankfurt's trendy Luna Bar, the Anguri Sour won the German METAXA Bar Champions 2005 competition at the first go.


Preparation:
Mash the cucumber piece
Add METAXA, lemon juice and sugar syrup
Strain it into a Helios glass.


Decoration:
- Slice of cucumber
- Cocktail cherry

- 2-3 cm piece of cucumber
- 5 cl METAXA 5*
- 3 cl Fresh lemon juice
- 2 cl Sugar syrup
- 2-3 cm piece of cucumber
