Metaxa and Suntonic drink brought a delicious refreshment for following hot summer - barbecue with Metaxa.

Today's hot summer days will be tradidionally full of relax and fun, and good food and drinks are inseparable at that times. Sun and rising temperatures move the culinary creations, sometimes prepared at the kitchen table, to a solid garden barbecue. In cooperation with masters of  culinary art from Prague culinary isntitute, Metaxa has prepared a combination of unique barbecue recipes, which are attuned with refresing Metaxa drinks - for example well known Suntonic and its variations with grenadine and bitter lemon. Greek Metaxa was used to hot mediterranean sun from the very beginning, therefore Suntonic and other drinks made from Metaxa are light, refreshing and very thrilling.

Barbecued delicacies from Metaxa were designed by Roman Vaněk, founder of Prague culinary institute, and local chef Václav Frič. A tandem of experts in top-class gastronomy created innovative recipes with the summer spirit of fresh fruit and vegetables. Barbecue menu Metaxa starts with garlic and cocktail dip, served with fresh bread. It is followed by fresh salmon fillet, which is prepared with special „cold cured" process - enabled by Metaxa marinade. If you like port, you can enjoy american barbecued pork ribs with coleslaw. Sweet finale is represented by flamée pineapple, decorated by Suntonic Espuma. All recipes have something in common - magic mediterranean Metaxa, which softens the taste and gives unmistakable character.
